FML is a distinguished centre for teaching, research, and professional formation comprising the School of Accountancy, School of Economics and Management, School of Law, and the Turfloop Graduate School of Leadership. Our academic offering spans sought-after programmes including Accounting, Economics, Business Administration and Management, Human Resources and Industrial Psychology, Public Administration, Leadership and Organisational Studies, and the respected Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.

In the School of Law, students and staff make meaningful contributions to society through our Legal Aid Clinic, a community-facing initiative that provides essential legal support to individuals and groups who might otherwise have limited access to justice. The Clinic strengthens experiential learning, supports social justice, and ensures that legal education at FML remains closely connected to real-world needs and community development.
