We are pleased to inform you that your student accounts are now fully active on the myturf.ul.ac.za domain, both for campus network access and cloud-based services. What This Means for You:
- Student Account Access:
- Use your myturf.ul.ac.za credentials to log in to:
- Campus computers
- Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Outlook, OneDrive, Office apps)
- Eduroam Wi-Fi
- Printing Services:
- All campus printing services now use your myturf credentials.
- Your remaining printing balance has been carried over.
- Wi-Fi Connectivity:
- Eduroam is accessible using your myturf.ul.ac.za account.
- Log in with your email and password to stay connected across campus.

📬 Sending Emails to Groups You can send emails to approved student group addresses based on your faculty or school. Please note:
- These distribution groups include only currently registered students, except for:
- entirestudents@myturf.ul.ac.za (Current + Alumni)
- alumni@myturf.ul.ac.za (Alumni only)
- Personal emails from myturf email to groups will only be approved if related to research purposes (e.g., survey participation). Emails from private email accounts (Google, iCloud, etc.) will not be approved for group delivery.
- Emails related to SRC or School Councils must be sent from official SRC or School Council email addresses.
- Student Organisations: Emails will only be approved if sent from an official UL Student Organisation mailbox. Organisation leaders must contact the Office of Student Affairs to get their email account created, which includes those who had emails under the keyaka environment.
