List of Approved Photographers : 2025 Autumn Graduation Ceremonies

The selection process for photographers who applied to capture graduation photos outside Onkgopotse Tiro Hall during the 2025 Autumn Graduation ceremonies has now been finalised. This year, we received a high volume of applications, and we appreciate your interest in documenting this significant event.

To confirm your scheduled access to the campus, please review the attached list carefully. It includes the specific day assigned to you, and it is crucial to note that access will only be granted on your allocated day. If you attempt to enter the campus on a day that is not assigned to you, you will be turned away.

In addition to confirming your access date, you are required to print the CONTRACT FOR AUTUMN GRADUATION CEREMONIES PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES letter. This document serves as your official agreement and must be presented when you collect your access tag. Access tags will be available for pick-up at Gate 2, and collection hours are strictly between 06:00 AM and 07:30 AM daily. Please be aware that no access tags will be issued after 07:30 AM, so it is important to arrive during the specified time frame to ensure you receive your tag.
