The University of Limpopo’s Rainbow community proudly presents the LGBTQI+ Pride Month Celebration, a vibrant gathering dedicated to honouring diversity, inclusion, and unity within our community. The celebration will take place on Friday, 03 October 2025, from 10h00 to 14h30 at Matsiri Park, University of Limpopo.
This year’s theme, “Pride in Every Step: Celebrating Our Story, Our Strength,” highlights the resilience, courage, and achievements of the LGBTQI+ community while affirming the importance of equality and visibility. The event will feature inspiring moments, engaging activities, and an atmosphere of solidarity and pride.
Attendees are encouraged to dress in any rainbow colour to symbolise the beauty of diversity and collective strength. The celebration promises to be colourful, empowering, and memorable, creating a safe space for expression and togetherness.
