Please share this invitation with fellow alumni who may not have received it. Alumni: All persons who have successfully completed at least one year of study in any of the degree/diploma/certificate programmes approved by the senate; or a retired academic who is not a graduate of UL but has worked at UL for at least ten years; or an exchange student; or academic staff members who are not graduates of UL. Convocation:
The Convocation of the University of Limpopo comprises of all persons who are or become graduates of diplomats of UL, the Principal, Vice Principal(s), the Registrars, Academic Employees and former full – time retired Academic staff of the UL.
Kindly note the following:
i) AGENDA ITEMS and ALL NOMINATION FORMS accompanying this letter, WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS, must be send to the Office of the Registrar for Attention: Ms. Gloria Plaatjie at Gloria.Plaatjie@ul.ac.za on/or before Wednesday, 19 November 2025.
ii) The Convocation Nomination Form must be accompanied by:
a) Names of the Nominator, Seconders and Nominee;
b) Identity documents of the Nominator, Seconder and the Nominee;
c) Student Numbers of the Nominator, Seconder and the Nominee; and
d) Comprehensive curriculum vitae of the Nominee with current contact details.
