The Turfloop Graduate School of Leadership at the University of Limpopo invites staff, students, alumni and members of the public to join an insightful online webinar in celebration of Women’s Day. This special event aims to honour the achievements and contributions of women while creating a platform for meaningful dialogue on fostering inclusive and equitable workplaces.
The webinar will be held on Thursday, 27 August 2026, from 17:00 to 20:00 via Google Meet. The session will feature Ms Ele Tshikoyhi, Group Manager: Transformation at Airports Company South Africa (ACSA), as the guest speaker. She will deliver a thought-provoking presentation on the theme, “Transforming Workplace Culture for Inclusivity,” highlighting the importance of embracing diversity, promoting equality and creating environments where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Participants can expect engaging discussions, valuable insights and practical perspectives on advancing inclusive leadership and transforming organisational culture. The webinar also provides an opportunity for attendees to reflect on the role of individuals and institutions in driving meaningful and sustainable change in the workplace.
