All projects that fall under the auspices of Community Engagement are advanced through the School Community Engagement Community (SCEC), lead by a chairperson, elected at the School Board meeting, and ratified by the Faculty Board. The School has and continues to be involved in Mediation of disputes in collaboration with the Mankweng Magistrates Court, serving as Commissioners of the Small Claims Court, conducting legal education and drafting of Constitutions for Burial Schemes around neighbouring surroundings such as Makotopong, Dikgale, Ga-Mothapo, Ga-Molepo etc.

All staff members located in the Departments of Private Law, Mercantile and Labour Law, Public and Environmental law and Jurisprudence, Legal Pluralism, Criminal Law and Procedure, and the Legal Aid Clinic are involved in Community Engagement activities.

The Legal Aid Clinic particularly plays a pivotal role as it serves the indigent citizens on a daily basis.
